The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age in accordance with applicable city regulations. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of booking to verify the booking guest’s age.

Please refer to our rental contract under house rules for our cancellation policy. Guest is REQUIRED to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house.

Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per reservation. Passes cannot be rotated or exchanged. All vehicles beyond this limit must be parked outside the community

We have a VERY strict NO PET POLICY. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance from surrounding neighbors after 9pm. If you are looking for a party house, unfortunately this would not be the right fit.

Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $350 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $350 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $25/towel and $55/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.
