You`ve found us! Welcome to our remodeled second-level coastal hideaway, featuring parking and air conditioning. Enjoy a private setting with beach-inspired design, a comfortable living area with streaming services, and a fully updated kitchen with ample counter space.

The property is a short walk from the beach and less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens, a historic Spanish villa on the National Register of Historic Places. Downtown Del Mar’s boutiques and restaurants are also nearby.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King bed, 50` TV, dresser.
Living Room: Sofa converts to a full bed.

HEAT & AC
Central heating and air conditioning are provided, which is uncommon for beach homes.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, gas range, cookware, dishware, utensils, and essentials.

LIVING AREA
Comfortable seating, a full futon sofa, and a 65` Samsung TV for movies or the big game.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
Downstairs shared laundry room.
Shared patio deck

TOWELS & LINENS
Bath and beach/pool towels provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
Iron and ironing board.

THINGS TO KNOW
Garage accommodates one compact or midsize vehicle. Measurements are 9 ft in width and 20 ft in length.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Don’t forget to pack your playard sheet.
This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Your privacy is respected.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book.

Del Mar’s restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are half a mile away.

Great stay at a great location.

Fantastic location and a well-appointed apartment. It is an easy walk to the beach and the restaurants in San Clemente. We'll definitely look this up for next time we come.

Sunny Beach get away

This cute little place has enough room to have friends and family over for a visit. Quick 5 minute walk to the San Clemente Pier for donuts and coffee or dinner treats. Emaculate inside and out, garage for your car, patio table and grill, clean free laundry for use. Very nice accomodations neat and clean. We enjoyed this place a lot!

Great property!

This property was perfect for our little getaway before school starts. We were within walking distance to the beach. The stairs can be a bit much, but definitely with it. Just wished we got to stay longer. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay, again!

Our family loves everything about this place. It’s our second time staying here. Only tiny issue was the living room TV turning on by itself in the middle of the night. Just unplugged the TV and fixed the weird problem. Can’t wait to come back!

A Super Comfy & Bright Condo!

As soon as we walked in, we were very pleased! It was exactly as the photos represented. Decor is great and well appointed with we everything needed for our four day stay. Even a nice shared laundry with 2 sets of W/D. Outdoor table and chairs with gas grill. The owners did a great job putting it all together for their guests! We'd stay here again next time we visit!

Wonderful getaway!

Overall a fantastic little place. Only complaint is there is some kind of control panel in the bedroom that emits a white noise. Not bad but you can hear it when going to bed.

Great getaway

We booked a long weekend stay with the kids because the beach is becoming our favorite spot to chill & get a change of scenery - this condo did not disappoint! None of us wanted to leave - perfect for our little family of 4 & very affordable. Just down the street & down a long row of pretty steep stairs the beach awaits. Really good location & nice to have a dedicated parking spots. My 6 & 7 year old boys even learned to body surf on the boogie boards located in the dedicated garage.

Perfect for our family!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Perfect size for my husband and I our 4 year old son. We loved that it had a garage to park in, 2 beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. It has a good selection of plates, cups, everything you need! You can absolutely walk to the beach but it is down and up a very steep set of stairs. Nice for going to dinner by the pier but hard to lug all the beach stuff for a family. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent condo with convenient location

I stayed here over the weekend while on a 2-week business trip. The location of this rental was perfect- just a 5-10 minute walk to the beachfront area, and a 5-minute walk in the other direction gives you easy access to local restaurants and bars. A laundry facility is on-site, which I used to wash my clothes for the next week. You have access to the garage where you can store your vehicle, and a full kitchen to cook your own meals if you want to save money and not go out. Anything you could need is here. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town...

Great neighborhood!

Excellent property in everyway. We had one small issue with initial opening of door (locks had been recently changed and instructions had not been updated). I left a message for property manager & was immediately called back and instructed how to find the master key. They followed up with instructions on using the new lock with an email.

Expected more for the price

Pros: good location, easy check-in / check-out process, came with pack n play, parking Cons: one of bathroom towels had hair all over it, dated bathroom, kitchen water filter needed replacement, kitchen items like silverware didn’t appear fully clean so we had to wash ourselves before first use, bed wasn’t the most comfortable, we couldn’t find the high chair
