Welcome to Casa Coronado (113) — a pristine, recently refreshed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with ocean views, located just 200 feet from Capistrano Lane in the heart of San Clemente’s coveted Pier Bowl. Within a quick two-minute stroll, you can reach the beach, San Clemente Pier, oceanfront parks, top-rated restaurants, cafés, and the free seasonal trolley (March–October). The setting offers a rare balance of peaceful residential surroundings and immediate access to everything beachside living has to offer.
