The studio includes a full bathroom with a bidet and a modern kitchenette with refrigerator and induction cooktop—ideal for preparing meals or snacks. The dining area is perfect for sharing breakfast, dinner, or game nights.



The highlight is the private terrace with breathtaking sea views, a wonderful spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply enjoying quality time in the fresh sea breeze.

Guests have complete and exclusive access to their private apartment. Additionally, they can enjoy all the luxurious common areas designed to elevate their stay. This includes the back garden with pool and palapa, the spectacular Roof Top with a sitting area, chairs, sun loungers, and Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing under the stars. Access to the complex is simple and secure via a personalized code for the lockbox, which will contain your studio key. No need to go through a reception or interact with security to enter your unit, ensuring a smooth and delay-free arrival.

Getting Around:

The best way to experience the beauty of Puerto Morelos and the warmth of its community is through a tranquil immersion. The center and the tourist area, with its main restaurants and shops, are at a comfortable distance for a bike ride (use included in the rent). We encourage you to use our bicycles to move freely, enjoying the coastal scenery. If you prefer to drive, we have street parking available. You can also opt for local taxis or private transport services for longer distances or airport transfers. The location encourages slow, conscious movement.
