気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
BEWARE! This advertised property is falsely represented. There are TONS of stairs. The front blue door shows a few stairs, but you have to climb 11 very unkept and steep stairs on a very busy street to get to those stairs. Parking in the back is also falsely advertised. In the pictures it shows a short white fence in the parking area. But when you arrive, there are two large signs (not pictured), that say “DANGER, FALL HAZARD,” and they too are very steep. I told the property mgmt that I was going to be staying there during surgery recovery. The instant we got there, it was clear there’d be ZERO chance I’d be able to stay there because I wouldn’t be able to access the home. We never once stayed there. I sent messages to the property mgmt, spent hours in the phone with VRBO and was refused a refund of over 2,000. I rented this home for 11 days and never stayed there. VRBO said they only refund if it’s the dwelling problem and not outside. The property mgmt referred me to my credit card company or my travel insurance. The travel insurance said they only cover this if I were to have been injured on the property and credit card is investigating. The property mgmt has refused to give us a refund. This home is not owned by a person, it’s a group and they do not care. They also had the nerve to continue to text me and remind me to take out the garbage on Thursdays even though I never stayed there. BEWARE!!!!!!!
