Conveniently located one-bedroom granny flat, close to major roads and freeway entrances make driving very easy to get to every important part of Sydney quickly. 5 minutes drive to Sydney Airport, 15 minutes drive to the City, and 11 minutes walk to Banksia Train Station.
The Granny Flat has a rear lane access with no shared area, and a designated parking spot. The outdoor courtyard area is fully fenced and private.
We accept pets staying at our property but please contact me to discuss.
