Ruined. Dirty and worn. Not pool heat
Arriving at 1030 at night to a home that was not cleaned. Not vacuumed, table dirty, counters still had food, dishes had to be rewashed( food stuck to them) hairs in two of the beds, dirty sock in a bedroom, pans all chipped couldn’t cook in them, no remote for tv. Air hockey table does not work. The carpets are filthy. The worst thing was the pool heater. We rented this house to spend time at the house with friends and family with no plans to go anywhere. We had pool heat for a day and half then none until the last day and half of our 10 day vacation. The heater banged and then would stop. I asked for a pool bender but they sent regular maintance people who would say it was just the weather. Funny but other homes had steaming hot tubs etc. I was also quoted 225 for the pool heat and when I added it to the rental they insisted prices have risen and now the pool heat was 375 plus tax! I will say the management company did bring us some extra dish washer and washing machine soap since we had to rewash so much and new fry pans. No one came on Xmas Eve , Xmas ( which I understand was a holiday) or day after Xmas to check the pool. The club house is around the corner with a heated pool and hot tub that was warm but know you cannot even bring a bottle of water in. They want you to buy everything there.
I do not usually rate any home low but this place was such a disappointment for a cost of almost 8,000 !
