プエルタデルソル（18世紀）は現在、地元の人々の間でマドリードで最も人気のある中央広場であり、主要なイベントは1年中（大as日を祝う）行われています。

「旧市街」またはオーストリアマドリードと呼ばれる街の中心。 広場に隣接するのは、プレシアドスショッピングディストリクトです。

Wow great place and awesome location

This 2 bedrooms, one bathroom apartment is few steps fromPlaza del Sol, on a secured street next to the police department, restaurants around it, the apartment is quite, ac or heater works well, nice hot water, is even 2 doors down from Starbucks The apartment have a washer and a portable electric clothes dry rack, the owner is very responsive, this apartment is a Gem in Madrid!!!

Excellent central apartment, perfect for shopping and site seeing

This was a very good apartment which was perfectly located for our trip. Some extra bedding would have useful as it was incredibly cold but it was unseasonably cold. We would have appreciated a small coffee pod machine but overall we enjoyed our stay there.

NOT RECOMMENDED

Allowed to enter early and the owner will use this as an excuse BUT as soon as we walked in we knew this apartment is not acceptable. 1. The owner has taken what was a big apartment and split it into 4 units to maximize profit. The place is described as upscale but the posted images are not accurate. The rooms are incredibly small and tucked into two corners. There is a large square column a few inches from the kitchen. The bathroom smelled of mold. Cleanliness has nothing to do with these problems. Of course the owner refused any refund and we left immediately without staying and found another place at a considerable price so you can see how unacceptable it was to us.

Perfect location in Madrid

Margarita’s 2 bedroom apartment in Madrid was just perfect! Beautifully decorated and in the best location. We walked to all the main attractions easily and it is surrounded by loads of cafes and restaurants. Margarita was super friendly and gave great local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for hosting us! 😊

This apartment was very well appointed and it’s always great to see air conditioning even if we didn’t need it in October. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have the two bedrooms! The best thing was the location you go right out your front door and you are in the heart of Central old town right next to the Plaza de la Puerta del Sol;. And Plaza Mauir is a few steps past that! It’s always great for a seniors to have an elevator in a European rental! Margarita was very very prompt, helping us and answering questions…

Spain getaway

I came with my sister and our husbands. Marga is a very good communicator; she made sure we have the necessary information to entering the house. Was a little bit confusing but we managed to figure it out (our experience was funny too). The location is great and close to everything and police station is just next door. I wouldn’t mind staying there again if there’s a next time.

Great location

Had a great stay here! Everything we wanted to do over the week in Madrid was only a 10-15 minute walk away. We were occasionally woken up by people on the street coming back from the bars late at night/early morning, but maybe that’s on us for not being out with them. The apartment was secure and cozy.

Beautiful apartment in great part of Madrid

We had a great time in Madrid. The apartment is steps from metro, restaurants, grocery and shopping. We used the metro daily for our excursions to different parts of Madrid and beyond. The apartment is spacious and has an elevator, so there was no lugging luggage up and down steps. We ate all our meals out so we did not cook in the kitchen. One bedroom was very quiet and the other bedroom was noisy from the street noise, but we were so tired from our excursions that the noise was not an issure. Overall, much, much better than a cramped hotel room for us.

Madrid summer Apartment

The Velasquez apartment was perfectly located. Close to metro, bus and most of the major places you would want to visit in Madrid. We came in during a big weekend and were really pleased with the apartment. It's perfect for 2 people, full of light with lots of windows and balconies. Well kept and nicely decorated it became our home away from home. It had A/C which was helpful after the warm days in Madrid. Elevator made getting up and down very easy. We highly recommend this place. Convenient, private and centrally located!

Be Warned

Good luck getting into apt. Need app to enter, apt is on busy street with noise all hours of the night. Bathroom smelled after 1 day...we have since moved on the Sevilla and Barcelona, both places the host greeted us at the apt. I would not stay in this location again

Great Location, Great Apartment!

We spent several nights here and the location is excellent. Being right off Plaza del Sol, it was very easy to find. It also has convenient access to the metro, the train station, and a grocery store. Best of all, you could simply walk to must see sights such as The Prado. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed. As some have mentioned, it can get loud at night, but hey, that's Madrid :) I'm a very light sleeper, but I brought ear plugs and slept just fine. Marga is super sweet. She even stopped by to say hi and shared lots of neat information about the city. We'd definitely stay here again.

My family of four had the pleasure of staying at Marga's charming apartment very conveniently located a block up from Puerta Del Sol. In a 19th century building, the apartment is very tastefully appointed, light and airy, sparkling clean, comfortable and with all the modern amenities. Marga has an eye for interior design and has created a lovely space in her apartment in which to retreat from the hustle and bustle that is central Madrid. Marga is especially kind and helpful, and we are most grateful to her for her attentiveness to any and all our needs. We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit in the future!

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Sol!

We stayed 8 days at the beginning of Oct. we could walk to every thing we wanted to see from this central location. Also the Sol metro stop was a half block away for further afield trips, and easy airport access. We bought our groceries and wine from the store 2 blocks away, or ate out at any number of restaurants or cafes. The owner/manager were easy to deal with, the facilities were spotless. We would have enjoyed slightly larger, more comprehensive kitchen /cooking facilitites but it gave us an excuse to eat out more. Also there was some late night/early morning noise on the weekend, but yes that seems to be true in large vibrant cities such as Madrid. All in all we would totally recommend this lovely apartment!

Simply Perfect

We stayed in Madrid in Velazquez appartment with Madrid Boutique Suites and Marga Casanova. The apartment is exactly like the picture. Beautiful, clean and perfect for our one week vacation in Madrid. Everything worked as it should. Great with washing machine, since we didn’t bring much clothes, it was easy that we could wash along the way. The apartment has the best location. Very close to Sol and Sol Metro station. Close to Gran Via Metro. The city center is within walking distance, otherwise the public transport system works very well. If you like us, like some space an apartment is far better to prefer than a hotel room. Although we first came late Dani there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Communication with Marga has been really good from the start, all the necessary information, were given to us immediately right after the booking. Her assistant contacted us 14 days before, we were to arrive, so we got to confirm each other that everything was running as it should. We highly recommend Marga and Madrid Boutique Suites, and we hope we can stay here again next time we come to Madrid. Thomas & Pernille, Copenhagen.

Unacceptable

We found the place to be in poor condition, not currently suitable to host a family (or any other guests, for that matter), and in urgent need of maintenance and upkeep it to make it acceptable for guests to stay in the future. We have captured several pictures that illustrate my points, I wish there was a way to share them on Homeaway so everyone can see. Below is a list of some of the issues we’ve encountered: 1- Serious sanitary issues Mold was present throughout the bathroom: in the shower area, in all corners of the shower floors, inside and outside of the shower. Shower drain was slow and soap accumulates before being able to drain out. Kitchen, floors and furniture were dusty, or flat out dirty in some cases. Bathroom under construction Aside from the sanity issues above, upon arrival we were shown a vanity cabinet pulled out from the wall and sitting on the floor outside the bathroom. The lady that checked us in indicated that was “under repair”. Shower curtain fell off and had obviously been tried to hang on the wall in the past without success (judging by the marks on the walls) Overall apartment was worn down. Furniture was old, showing signs of abuse and damage. Sofas and beds were dusty and uncomfortable. Pull-out couch had a mattress that just can’t be slept on, the springs are coming through. Dining table is beat up at best. Services are sub-par compared to other properties in this price range. No personal attention whatsoever (outside of being given the keys and a 60 second walk through of the procedure to return the keys upon departure). No stock of any kind in the kitchen area. Only toilet paper provided, no other sanitary supplies. No coffee machine. No attention to detail at all. HomeAway listing is misrepresented. Photographs are overly staged and show seemingly much larger rooms and better looking furnishings. Description make it sound like a much higher end accommodation. Bathroom is tiny, poorly constructed with cheap materials and no amenities. Overall price does not match level of quality, amenities and service provided. We are frequent travelers of HomeAway and other similar short term property sites and have stayed at many properties before. We take pride in writing great reviews whenever appropriate, and this is our very first negative review. Last, but not least, it should be noted that the property owner was contacted about these issues and she never responded.

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem nicht laut. Alles Sehenswürdigkeit zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr gut gelegen, mega zentral. Sympathisches Haus. Check-in über eine App, aber dann hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin haben wir nicht gesehen. Gemütliche, recht kleine Schlafzimmer. Saubere, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Küche sehr sparsam eingerichtet, zusammengesuchte Gläser, kein Salz oder Pfeffer. Aber ein frischer Schwamm. Bad zweckmäßig, zeitweise unangenehm riechend, was bei älteren Häusern eben vorkommen kann. 3 Balkone, die man faktisch nicht nutzen kann. Leider war der Hebel des Fensterladens im Wohnzimmer festgerostet, so dass wir während des ganzen Zeitraumes kein Tageslicht hatten. Wir haben dies reklamiert, aber es wurde uns nur erklärt, wie man den Fensterladen öffnet, was ja bei diesem einen absolut nicht ging. Auch das haben wir erklärt, aber danach nie wieder etwas von der Vermieterin gehört. Schade, schon wäre es gewesen, wenn sich jemand darum gekümmert hätte.. aber es war trotzdem nett. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung größer, heller und herrschaftlicher als in Realität. Sie Wohnzimmereinrichtung ist etwas abgewohnt. Die Lage entschuldigte das aber alles! 😀

Céntrico y acogedor

Muy recomendable para estancias cortas, muy bien comunicado a pie o en transporte público. A pocos metros tienes restaurantes, tiendas y el Corte Inglés. Camas cómodas, con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Como el balcón da a una calle lateral, estuvimos muy tranquilos sin ruidos aun estando en pleno corazón de Madrid.

Bienvenidos al mundo de Marga Casanova! Soy Marga, diseñadora de interiores, española nacida en Madrid. Mi trayectoria comenzó con el diseño y distribución de textil hogar, que siempre esta muy presente en mis proyectos. Otra parte importante en mis obras son las tapicerías herencia de mi abuelo propietario de una de las mejores empresas del sector en los años 60.
Me encanta viajar, tengo grandes amigos en Portugal, Bélgica e Italia…donde me siento como en casa. Así me gustaría recibir a mis nuevos huéspedes en Madrid Boutique Suites: cinco apartamentos vacacionales diseñados con elegancia clásica y elementos de diseño puntuales. Todo un eclecticismo reflejo de un Madrid cultural, elegante y moderno a su vez. Situados en la mejor ubicación posible, justo en la puerta del Sol, centro neurálgico de la ciudad.
Con una comunicación abierta y plena confianza,te atenderemos personalmente para un feliz hospedaje en Madrid.
