Location was ideal - close to 2 metro lines, as well as easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. Place was very clean and plenty of space for 4 people (it can sleep 6 and there would still be plenty of room).

The apartment was very clean and check in was easy as well. The locations was not great, it was a walk from the plazas. People were out very late in the area, and we were able to hear it. The neighborhood was dirty, usually garbage all over the sidewalks. There was a park nearby where the police had to show up a few times. The property itself and hosts were amazing, but not a neighborhood I would recommend.

Very good communication if I had a question- place was great. Very clean and we had plenty of room so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other.

There was no indication as to which apartment was ours. We were told there was a "D" on the door but there was not. No hooks in the bathroom, or place to put our towels or clothes. The shower didn't drain. The Hall frequently had a faint smell of sewer. The couch was filthy to the point of no one wanting to use it. The freezer needs to be defrosted, it is 2/3full of ice build up. The room by the street was trerrible for noise. The secondary lock on the front door is missing the place for it to slide into so there is no secondary lock. Our bed was comfortable with a lovely mattress topper but the others beds were uncomfortable with springs jabbing. The price point seemed fair but with a little work and attention this place could have had a much better rating.

The apartment was fine but the neighborhood was not. Police warned our husbands that it was an unsafe area and that we should not go out at all at night. They told us to remove any watches or jewelery if we chose to venture out during the day. The first night brought shouting and screaming on the street and we awoke to find garbage dumped and strewn everywhere. We checked out after that first night. The VRBO host was not helpful and told us it was a safe neighborhood. Do not rent here.

Great apartment, good location near everything

We were a group of 5 friends booking for the weekend and we were very happy we found this apartment with 3 bedrooms with full beds, AC/heaters in each room and two bathrooms! The living room with open kitchen was awesome and we had our coffee and tea there every day. The apartment was newly remodeled, with everything needed and even iron and umbrella, thank you we used them! Location wise, we were close to many center attractions, within 15 min walk to most. The neighborhood is ethnic, but we didn't feel unsafe and the vast choices of little stores, halal shops and mercadillos, made things very convenient. We found a lovely bakery just 3 min away and a wine store one block over....I will say no more. The hosting company is very responsive, addressing our questions and issues really fast. Overall, we were happy we found this apartment, we enjoyed our stay!

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The neighborhood is not only unsafe but also far from family-friendly. In the evenings, the streets were crowded with drug dealers, making us feel very uneasy. Moreover, the entrance door was broken and could not be securely closed, leaving us feeling vulnerable. We had to resort to barricading the door with the sofa just to feel somewhat safe enough to sleep. The shower water turned cold after just a few minutes, making it impossible to enjoy a proper shower. Additionally, the sofa was dirty, and there was a strange odor lingering throughout the apartment. Despite immediately contacting GuestReady's customer service upon arrival, we received no assistance or callback as promised. We felt completely abandoned and left to deal with the issues on our own, which was unacceptable. Overall, I strongly advise against booking this property. The lack of security, poor communication, and unsanitary conditions make it an experience I would not wish upon anyone.

The apartment is as shown and check-in with the app was truly easy. The company was communicative. But - be warned about these issues. 1) It's a 5th floor walk up. Not a problem for us. Could be for others 2) They had 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. When we asked about this, they said, "They provide enough for us to get started." Seriously? That is not a typical experience for me as a regular VRBO used. 3) Towels - one small towel per person. Nothing else in the apartment. We spilled something in the kitchen and had to use one of those towels! We were then down a towel all week 4) There are homeless people everywhere on the street. They scream in the wee hours of the morning. Every night we were there. This was not a one time exception. It's a very active neighborhood so you are never alone and honestly, everyone seemed nice. But, be forewarned. This is not necessarily a neighborhood for a family with young children and the yelling at night can interrupt sleep. 6) The pillows are absolutely terrible. Old. Lumpy. Not comfortable. 7) They had no one renting the apartment after us and we asked if we could leave our luggage there. We got a sharp "NO." This is rented through a business, Guest Ready, not a person. Very corporate. 8) The sink in the back bedroom is leaking. Sometimes it leaks. Sometimes not. Overall, a very below average experience.

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento. Era cómodo y espacioso, tenía todo lo necesario en la cocina. Agradecimos mucho disponer de aire acondicionado.Los propietarios fueronmuy flexibles con la hora de entrada y salida y nos ayudaron con todo lo que fuimos necesitando. Respondían siempre rápido a nuestras preguntas o demandas.
