Step inside to a sun-filled living space with thoughtful custom design touches and plenty of room to gather. The living and dining area features cozy open concept seating, a 65" Smart TV with FREE YouTube TV, and a large dining table for 8. The adjacent kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, Keurig with coffee pods, a blender, toaster, premium cookware, and all the essentials for preparing meals or enjoying morning coffee. We also provide a highchair and pack n play on site for families!
Each of the 4 bedrooms in the home is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style featuring 55” Smart TV’s. Blackout curtains and noise machines are also in every bedroom for guests needing a restful recovery from the bright Scottsdale sun and peaceful sleep after busy nights exploring Old Town! With two newly updated full bathrooms, your group will enjoy convenience, relaxation and privacy throughout your stay.
Step outside into your backyard paradise with caribe tropical inspired colors and neon lights. Every inch of this backyard was maximized for outdoor fun and entertainment! The FREE heated pool and hot tub set the tone for relaxation, while the covered patio, lounge, and dining area invite al fresco meals.

• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, with additional cameras over the garage and side access gate. These devices are used to verify occupancy and only for emergency/security purposes for guests.
• Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut noise and occupancy sensor is installed to help ensure respectful volume levels. It tracks decibel levels only and does not record audio, preserving guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.
• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee. Please reach out in advance if you need extra time to avoid this fee.
