Tucked away on a peaceful, oversized corner lot in Beachwalk Resort, Coastal Charm offers the perfect blend of privacy, generous outdoor space, and family-friendly comfort. From the wraparound screened-in porch and chef’s grilling deck to the cozy fire pit patio, this home was made for relaxing and reconnecting. With space for up to 17 guests, a kid-friendly bunk suite, and welcoming gathering areas, it’s ideal for multi-family vacations or group getaways.

What truly sets Coastal Charm apart is the exceptional outdoor space. The home sits on a large, quiet corner lot with mature trees and thoughtful gathering areas. Start your morning on the wraparound screened-in porch, complete with ceiling fans, dining space, and lounge seating. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the spacious outdoor shower, then head to the back deck where a grilling station, outdoor bar, and banquette seating make dinner prep a breeze. Just off the deck, a stone patio with fire pit invites you to unwind under the stars.

LOCATION

Located in Beachwalk Resort, just a short walk from the beach and resort amenities, yet set on a quieter street for added privacy and relaxation.

Driveway and street parking for up to five vehicles. Please do not park in the landscaping or block neighboring homes. Overflow parking is available nearby.

Our house was in a great location close to the pool but just outside of all the hustle and bustle so not much traffic passing the house to allow our kids to play outside. The one downside of this house is that the weeds and grass were completely overgrown so we couldn't enjoy our own yard and the kids had to play in the street. The outdoor shower was perfect to get all the sand and everything cleaned instead of bringing that into the house.

It's one of the only buildings in this community that has a main level bedroom. That's key for my wife that is disabled. We adore the large screened in porch and the quiet less trafficy location for the grand kids. It's a wonderful unit. Maybe the floors could use a deep cleansing once a year, but overall we look forward to coming back next year.

We had plenty of room in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, just missed a blender for smoothies. The outdoor area around the fire pit was nice and the wagons for our beach adventures were so helpful to have.It is at the beach, so expect sand, etc. in the house, but the floors could’ve been cleaner on arrival. Our white socks may never be the same, but our memories of a wonderful week together in this lovely home will be forever treasured. Hope to return to Coastal Charm in the future!

Perfect home for a short getaway

My family absolutely loved staying here and in this community. This location in particular was really nice with the porch and the park nearby. There was live music playing and we could enjoy it from the house. The house is bigger than it looks from the outside. It has everything that you could possibly need except for a highchair. If you're bringing babies, make sure to bring your own. The floors were a bit gnarly and all of our feet were black after a few hours, but I'm not going to hold that against them. 2 minute walk to the pool. 15 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the kids park. We loved it here. We're definitely going to make it a yearly trip now.

Great family vacation spot

Beachwalk is a fabulous place for vacationing families. We will definitely return. Our home was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened porch . Coffee in the morning and evening drinks .

Great house and very clean!

Friends and I loved the house! Very spacious and the screened in patio is a great place to hang out. Clean and stocked with all the essentials. Would rent again. It’s lit.

This property had all the comforts of home. The house and amenities were all on point. They had live music on Saturday which I thought would be lame, how ever the music really rocked. I wish I could of stayed longer. My only complaint is, don't leave any possessions behind, because the cleaning crew is not honest enough to turn in items. And then when you call the next day to claim such items, you are told "Oh well, happens all the time." So, no I won't be going back after that.

In this time of Covid we were easily able to maintain social distance while on the property. We were extremely comfortable. While we requested a late check out because I had a work meeting that I couldn't miss, and the team was unable to accommodate us (because the cleaning crew was already on its way!), they found me a quite place to hold my meeting, even after we checked out! So amazing!We're already ready to come back!

Great Location - everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience and hope to return next year. We will, however, reserve a golf cart ahead of time. I called a week prior to check in and was told there would be plenty of golf carts upon our arrival......but there weren't! We stopped in every day to ask about availability, even for one day but none available. It's hard when the kids are looking forward to one. Lesson learned but disappointing. A beach umbrella would have been nice.

The location was perfect, off the beaten path and yet walking distance to the pool and lake. There were 14 of us and there was plenty of room for all. We loved the screened in porch and the backyard area with grill and fire pit! We spent a couple of days at Lake Michigan and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets!

Everything was clean and the gathering areas were spacious. The only recommendations to the property would be to include a golf cart (which wasn’t available to rent everyday) and maybe put string lights in the back by fire pit so you can see better. Awesome property and would love to return!

The wagons to pull down to the beach came in handy! The screened in porch was great and so was the fire pit. We could not get the fireplace inside the house to work. We called about it and maintenance was suppose to come fix it but I don't think anyone ever came. Also, there was some left over food from the people before us as well, but overall I would come back with couples, girls, or my children. It would be wonderful for all.
