Quaint 2-bedroom condo in Ocean City perfect for your shore getaway

This renter violated several house rules. First, she grilled on the brand new deck railing (illegal in our town and explicitly spelled out as a house rule). We have pictures of the grease stains to prove it (my guess would be hamburgers). The weight of the grill cracked the railing shelf in half. In addition to that, she left open liquor bottles and open bags of food all over the apartment. She didn’t even try to clean anything before she left. She didn’t take out the trash at the end of her stay. She also somehow stained our new dining room rug with some kind of wax that we can’t remove. On top of all that, my neighbors reported to me that she verbally fought with a man at the beginning of her stay (and the next morning) to the extent that people were objectively worried. This is clearly not a renter that is welcome back to our place, nor should be considered elsewhere by hosts. Yes, I am putting in a damage claim…because my brand new item is now ruined. Beware of this renter please.
