Located in the east end of Louisville, this house is a dream. With three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for guests to relax.
There are 2 living rooms, both with Smart TVs so you can spread out.
The full kitchen with large island can seat 4 people and is open to the dining area which can seat up to 6 people.
The Primary bedroom features a Queen bed, walk in closet and en suite full bathroom.
There is a dedicated workspace in the 3rd bedroom.
Board games, DVDs and DVD player can be found in the 2nd living room.
Little library with plenty of reading is available in the 1st living room.
Backyard is private, but not fenced.
Plenty of off street parking for up to 4 cars in the extra wide driveway.
Full size washer and dryer can be found in the basement for your convenience.
