The primary driver for selecting this location was the Gated Private Beach Access. In an area known for bustling public beaches, Frangista Beach provides our guests with a secluded path to the sugar-white sands, ensuring the walk is short and the beach experience remains exclusive.
From a management perspective, Sea E O sits in an ideal logistical hub. Our guests are within walking distance of local landmarks like Pompano Joe’s and just a short drive from the upscale shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the championship golf courses of Sandestin. We chose this neighborhood because it allows us to offer a resort-scale estate experience without the high-rise crowds, perfectly aligning with the Boardwalk standard for a landmark vacation memory.
