Simple perfection

Had a great time during our stay. The house had everything we could ask for and more. Very clean and spacious. Close to everything. The host is quick to reply. Can't wait to come back.

The property was very comfortable and perfect for what we needed over the long weekend.

The property was clean and comfortable place to stay while visiting my Aunty who lives locally. It's proximity to the beach and Umina shops were fantastic too :-) The property is surprisingly sound proof, with neighbours celebrating over the weekend, we didn't hear a thing whilst inside. The beds were super comfy and plenty of kitchen equipment to utilise for cooking meals. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay.

Perfect Family Holiday House

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. It was very well set up for young children with lots of toys and children’s books. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It also has a fence enclosing the house and yard so the children could play safely outside. Check in was easy and it was less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach, large playground and shops and restaurants. The thoughtful choices made in setting up this house for children as well made our stay such a happy one.

Umina getaway

The house is in a quiet location, walking distance to Umina main street. 2 bedrooms - one with 2 single beds and a cot, the other bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The main bathroom also has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen worked really well for us but I can imagine that it would be even better if you had kids as the kids' lounge/ play area is visible from the kitchen & dining room. We had a bit of trouble with the fancy induction cooktop but worked it out with the help of Google. I'd love to come back to relax when I have no commitments.

Nice place in a good location

This house was nice, it had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, however, airconditioner was filthy, we didnt put it on as we'd rather the heat. The dish rack was also dirty. If these were clean, it would have been perfect. I could not get hold of the owner the whole time we were there, it was only emails thru stayz which was annoying cause u had to constantly wait for a response which could take till end of day! Otherwise location was close to shops and the beach. Thanks

Umina holiday house stay

The check in process was easy and the place was very cosy and neat. I'd say a 7 minute walk to local umina beach surf club and parks , umina club and gym also alot of cafes and a lap walk in g distance to the U.ina centre like a 10 minute walk 👌.Few little things that need attention though, like updating cooking trays and pans as they were a little bit use & abused,Not able to use a spare room that was locked would of made accommodating 5 people a little easier, no need for a cot in one of the rooms as could be used for another bed or bunk bed.Addjng a toilet roll holder in main bedroom bathroom would be adequate as there was not one...and a good supply of toilet paper as there was not many rolls there to be used so had to go buy extra.But like I said little things ,overall was a great staying there for a week 👍 woukd definately book it again and more so if them little things get fixed up 🙂👌.

Comfortable stay

Our stay was very comfortable at this neat little 2 bedroom. Basic living equipment were all provided including towels. The wifi was a bit slow but not unbearable. Location was a short drive from Umina beach and a really great kids playground + cafe. Shops and restaurants were a short stroll away. All the electronic goods were in working order and the home was free of mosquitoes which was good for us as we have young kids.

Peaceful Umina getaway

A lovely home to have as my base for a quiet week by Umina Beach. It was great to be able to walk to whatever I needed. And being in a clean, well-cared for home that was easy to be comfortable made it relaxing right from the start. I hope I get the chance to stay here again!

Perfect for families

We had a great stay here with our girls, they had everything we needed to make it comfortable and keep the girls occupied. A nice short flat walk to the beach and a great playground.

We have spent three days for our trip. It is a memorable experience for living in. The accommodation is great for all different groups of people.
