Cleaning Fee: If the hot tub requires excessive cleaning (e.g., from debris, glass, or misuse), a professional cleaning fee of at least $100 will be charged.
Property Care & Fees:
Damages: The primary booker is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any damaged or missing items.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed outside the home in designated areas only. Any evidence of smoke damage inside the home will result in a specialized remediation fee of at least $250.
Excessive Cleaning: We take pride in our home's cleanliness. If the property is left in a state that requires cleaning beyond our standard professional turnover, an additional fee of at least $250 will be applied.
