Super cute, 2 bed/1 bath house in a great location. Very clean, with comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating and made this stay a breeze. Highly recommend.

We lived our stay. The place was clean and well equipped. It was dead quiet at night. You can’t beat the location—you could walk right downtown and the museum was a four minute drive. I hope to stay here next time I come down to the museum.

This place was perfect for me. I’m a biker and I could easily ride to the trails, The house is in a quiet place and just a short distance to downtown. The facilities in the house were very useful especially the washer and dryer. The kitchen area was very clean and modern. Also the bathroom shower was clean and refreshing. If I come back I will choose to stay here again!!

The house was in excellent shape and immaculately clean. It had a covered parking place for our car. The location is literally a few minutes from anything you would want to visit, including grocery store, service station, and importantly the museums.Bentonville has several great restaurants. We recommend Tavola Trattoria, Table Mesa, Butter Biscuit and Eleven (at Crystal Bridges). We spent 3-4 hours each of two days at Crystal Bridges. It is huge and wonderful. Also visit Walmart Museum, Peel Mansion, and Compton Gardens. The host was very responsive.

Rooms were clean, host was great, kitchen was big. WiFi a little spotty (speed would go up and down or drop out at times). Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at this house. Would return here. Thanks and God Bless!

House is in an amazing location for visiting downtown Bentonville. Very clean and spacious for spending time with family and friends in the house. Would absolutely stay here again

What a wonderful stay at this welcoming home! My boyfriend is from the area and I lived here for 3 years - this house is a total gem with being able to walk everywhere. The host was so responsive and kind - treated us like family! The house was clean, the check in/check out was easy and the house was exactly what we were looking for. We are looking forward to staying here again!

King bed mattress was well worn on one side; felt broken down, without support. Other bed was very good. Nice supply of bath towels. Bedroom closet hanging rack was too high and difficult to reach!Well lit kitchen but needed a few more plates and sharper knives. Appreciated having laundry so handy and extra paper products available. Great location to easily get to Bentonville attractions. The house was clean and ready even before stated check-in time.Lots of living room seating. It allowed for people to spread out.It would be helpful to have checkout instructions at the house so we could be sure we were closing things up the way the host wanted. We put glass and plastic in the recycle bin and garbage in the other bin before leaving.

Great little house to stay in. Well stocked kitchen. Living room and bedrooms were large and spacious. Nice to have off street parking right out the front door. Great neighborhood and a nice walk to downtown Bentonville. Came to spend a few days mountain biking and location allows you jump on the trails straight from the house. Would book again. Julie was a great with communication.

A cool, clean, and extraordinarily convenient place, if anything a bit undersold in the website description. Everything is updated with care and quality and obvious investment. And walking only three or four blocks to downtown or two access to numerous walking or biking trails is such a bonus. We will certainly be back!

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a blow dryer, not impressed with toiletry in shower, felt exposed with faulty blind in bathroom. The shower was dark. Appreciated towels and good toilet paper. Would’ve enjoyed creamer for the coffee.

My sister and I enjoyed the spacious cottage for two nights at the end of a road trip through Arkansas to visit family. Our favorite thing was to sit on the front porch in the mornings and evenings, watching the fireflies, birds and rabbits on the beautiful corner lot. It was peaceful and just what we needed. We rode our bikes into the historic downtown area and over to the Crystal Bridges Museum. It's clear that the neighborhood is changing with charming older homes being torn down and replaced with large, modern homes. The architecture of the new homes is impressive, but there is something so special about this lot with its large trees and wildlife that makes me hope it never changes. :)

We always try to have everything in good order for our guests. We have had no issues or complaints. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, the pilot light was out and the guest alerted me there was no hot water. I got a plumber and the situation was resolved in less than 5 hours. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and gave the guest a partial refund. A refund does not remedy the situation, but, hopefully, indicates our commitment to being a good host to the best of our ability. Thank you.
