Fully renovated top to bottom in January/February 2026 by the new owners, who are experienced waterfront hosts with multiple highly rated properties. This home has been transformed into a bright, stylish retreat while maintaining its classic coastal character. Our hosts bring years of Superhost and Premier Host experience, including managing a property voted #1 short-term rental in Rhode Island. Guests can relax knowing they’re booking with seasoned professionals who understand every detail of creating an unforgettable stay.

Second Floor:
• Spacious, sun-filled living room
• Full bathroom
• Laundry closet with washer & dryer
• Brand new eat-in kitchen
**French doors lead out to wrap around deck overlooking the water!
Third Floor:
• Private Bedroom 3: Spacious with Queen bed & closet
• Private Bedroom 4: Brand new with queen bed & closet as well.
**Note: Access via a steep, character-filled staircase adds a touch of adventure and classic cottage charm!
Outdoor Spaces
Step outside and enjoy three distinct outdoor areas, each with its own unique charm. The front deck welcomes the morning sun and serene views, perfect for starting your day with a cup of coffee. In the backyard, cozy and intimate seating is enhanced by twinkling string lights, creating the ideal atmosphere for evening cocktails or relaxed conversations. Down by the water, the private waterfront patio and dock offer an unmatched vantage point to soak in stunning sunsets and peaceful cove views.
Boating & Waterfront Access
For boating enthusiasts, boat slips are available for rent, providing direct access to the cove which leads out to the open ocean. Transient docking is also available upon request. Please submit your request at least one week prior to your stay to ensure availability.

This charming waterfront home features two unique staircases: a spiral staircase connecting the main and ground floors, and a steep, character-filled staircase leading to the third-floor private bedrooms, adding both adventure and classic cottage charm. A nearby high-speed commuter train passes by in just seconds, blending seamlessly into the backdrop like gentle white noise - rarely noticed by our guests. But important to mention for anyone who may be sensitive to it.
