Our vacation was very nice and relaxing. The river is awesome to kayak. There are so many beautiful beaches within a short drive. Just book it. It’s awesome and is exactly as described.

Grand Graduation Weekend

Absolutely a wonderful weekend with family. House was convenient to URI and had a very well equipped kitchen. The house was well maintained with clear directions about trash, temperature and where to find everything. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Saving Grace

We rented this property as a second home away from home while we took care of an ill family member. This house gave us a perfect refuge and had everything we needed. It literally saved our sanity as we dealt with a very stressful period of our lives. Everything was clean and the house was well equipped. Location was perfect with a great place for breakfast and lunch right around the corner.

Perfect location

Visited the area for my daughter’s bachelorette party/ weekend away. We decided to rent a car instead of using uber . The travel back and forth to Newport is an easy drive ( 20 minutes). You will travel across two beautiful bridges with a great view . The house had very comfortable beds, updated air conditioning system, spotless and very comfortable. The house is also located in a lovely neighborhood that we walked around every morning. There’s also a nice backyard that’s fenced in with a fire pit and a grill. We also hired a private chef for a dinner at the house. Great communication from owners and easy to get in touch with when we needed too.

Loved this house!

We stayed here for New Years weekend and had a great time! Everything you need is included and the space was well decorated and lovely! Would definitely stay here again! The hosts were very attentive and answered any questions we had while there very quickly.

Perfect family vacation

This property is in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood but only minutes away from the beach, fishing, kayaking, etc. James was super helpful with check in and check out and the home is immaculate!

Back home visit

Excellent rental with all needed amenities We could have used a greater quantity of towels both hand towels and kitchen dish towels. Home is lovely with a beautiful back yard. Location is ideal for beach communities and tourist sites.

Great house

We had an excellent stay at this lovely and well appointed property. There was an issue with air conditioning which was easily fixed in a timely matter. The location was excellent for enjoying many great places in the area. We were able to launch our kayaks from the neighborhood beach at the lake, which our grandchildren enjoyed immensely. Thanks for a great vacation
