You have found a very nice, comfy, casual and functional home to call "home" while you are in Cabo. Finishes are nice, furnishings are beyond, comfortable furniture, just what the owners enjoy, so they're available to you, too.
Unwind/Enjoy Sunny, warm, Cabo San Lucas at this very nice, 3-bedroom, 3 bath villa. As mentioned, it has 2 rooftop terraces with ocean views, at different levels that are awesome relaxing & enjoyable to socialize! It's really cool, very unique and super comfortable!!
House has many amenities and functional household appliances and utensils to make you feel right at home! This is the owners' 2nd home, so it's properly furnished!
The terraces have great seating, panoramic views, BBQ, swing-couch, a firepit, all you'd need to hang-out/ chill!
Beds consist of king, queen, and twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone.
Enjoy three bathrooms, including one with a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
The tranquil living room offers an ocean view, too. Perfect for lounging after a day of adventures, at the pool or even a rough night the previous night! A 2nd living/TV area also exists with a nice shaded patio area off it. The TV service has about 20,000 VOD movies and every TV channel, sporting event, PPV, anything you'd like!! Better TV than you have at home, most likely!

I moved to Cabo in 2003, after 1 year of running my charter boat(s) I met a lot of good people. I had 2 golden retrievers at the time. After about a year I sent out an e-mail/update and said to my customers... the dogs and I are driving from Cabo to Canada, along the west coast, a 3-week trip. The people we met here, mostly through the charters but just some visitors, the dogs and I spent 5 nights in hotels, the other 2 weeks plus were staying with people we met in Cabo!!
This is who I am and what I'm about. My wife is from Thailand! She's wonderful, an awesome cook and does shuttle services to and from condos, homes, resorts, airport, you name it, she also enjoys the people we meet! This is 1 way she helps send money home to her family in Thailand!!

This is a nice, typically quiet residential neighborhood that located in a very convenient, centrally located area. Nice homes, very comfortable.

While it's a nice 3 bdrm, 3 bath, spacious and functionally laid out home, the 2 rooftops are incredible. Ocean views, city lights at night, are just some of the features.
