The list of problems is pretty extensive. To summarize....dirty, disrepair, incredibly uncomfortable and stained beds, stained bedding and pillows, bugs in furniture, beds and counters, significant feces down the side of a toilet, broken toilet seat, lack of basic amenities (towels, pillows, kitchen utensils, etc.), broken and damaged furniture, doors that did not open/close or lock properly if at all, holes in the walls, layers of dust and dirt in many areas, unsafe oven operation and more.
We had to wash linens, remove hair clogs from the bathroom drain and sweep/mop the floor upon arrival. The host/manager informed us there is nothing he could do with regard to the lack of pillows and kitchen towels as the property owner would not approve his request to supply. He gratuitously brought 2 microfiber rags to use for kitchen towels during our week long stay. We purchased an egg crate and two pillows. We did laundry daily to manage the shortage of towels. Most plates, cups and wine glasses in cabinets were dirty and had to be washed before use.
Such a shame for a property in Pedregal, one of the nicest areas in Cabo.
