Access to the house either from the street or behind the house, where you can also park with 2 cars. Separate annex with 2 good bedrooms as well as a bathroom. The property is fenced, which makes it optimal for dog owners to take the dog on a city trip. There is internet in the house and it is possible to stream content via Chromecast.
The house is within walking distance of the child-friendly beach, marina, and town harbor. Also, good shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and cultural experiences are not far.
