Guests also have access to 4 or Rosemary's incredible pools, including the Coquina Pool, the Sky Pool, the Barbados Pool and the Cabana Pool. Five adult bikes are on hand to whisk you go and from the beach, amenities, and all of the wonderful shopping and dining opportunities.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 9):
FIRST FLOOR:
- Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo
- Guest Bedroom: King Bed with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Shared Bathroom with Shower Only
- Additional Sleeping Area: Twin Bed in Hallway

THIRD FLOOR:
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower Only
- Additional Living Area: Media Space and Wet Bar

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and management fines.

*It is possible that your rental property may share a courtyard or lot with a carriage house or main house that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party.
