Great location to shopping & beach

We enjoyed the spacious condo. Super quick walk to beach, could go downstairs to restaurants and jazz club right below us. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful Rosemary Beach

We loved our short stay in Rosemary Beach. Our daughter from Los Angeles was visiting us in FL, and wanted to visit 30A. She specifically said Rosemary Beach. The condo was beautiful & spacious and in a great location. I would be nice to visit again when the weather is a little warmer so we could experience the gulf and the pools. The little town is great too. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo centrally located to many businesses

We had an outstanding experience here. It was just me and my wife on our honeymoon, but we could have easily fit 4 more people. The condo is spacious and very clean. Just an elevator ride away from several restaurants and shops. 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This is a beautiful property with high ceilings and a spacious and open layout. Beautiful decor and great location. High end kitchen appliances and state of the art televisions were a bonus. Our only complaint is an uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. As with many king mattresses, there is a ridge in the middle which was covered with a pillow top. A new mattress would make this a perfect property.

Girls trip

We stayed here in our annual girls trip. This is the first time we stayed on Rosemary Beach and would definitely recommend it! Everything was as listed and check in and out were very easy. Only difficult thing was locating the bikes that were included. We never did.

We have probably rented 15 different places in Rosemary over the years and this one is one I would definitely rent again. The condo was spotless and well stocked. It is super convenient to the beach and all of the dining and shopping available in Rosemary. It is a great rental .

Beautiful Penthouse Condo!

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED this condo, it is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, spacious, and it has a corner wrap around porch that is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We were here for a wedding at the Town Center and this condo is just across the street. Wonderful location and the parking spot was spacious as well!!

Missing the third shower

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Beautiful condo. Could have been cleaner (nightstands were sticky, bathrooom drawers were icky). The reason I chose this property was because it was a 3/3. It was extremely frustrating when we arrived to find that the middle bathroom only had a tub with a sprayer. This made it really awkward to have to all share 2 showers. In addition, the sprayer leaks all over the floor. If I had know that this property didn’t actually have 3 full bathrooms I would have stayed elsewhere.

Holiday Break

The location is fantastic and the rental is very clean except the showers could be a little cleaner. I notice dirt collected along the handles. FYI the third bedroom with twin beds does not have a door just a curtain. It was a tight squeeze for my two adult college students. Also although clear in the pictures, I missed the info on one of the bathrooms in the queen does not have a shower which was inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our time in RM and the location is unbeatbable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the Rose at Mercado. It was the perfect fit for us. The property is well maintained and has all of the amenities we were looking for, except a shower in the queen bedroom-there is only a tub. We spent early mornings and late evenings on the deck. We absolutely loved the location. We were a short walk from the beach, the shops and restaurants (our favorite being La Crema). Having elevator access was fantastic! Any questions we had were immediately answered and we appreciated the Hospitality app and the email reminders with important info. We look forward to our next trip to Rosemary and would absolutely stay here again!

Worn down and Smells Of Smoking

This property is a nice location. However, the trash downstairs constantly lingers in the hallways and parking areas, causing a stench that is so unpleasant it makes it hard to relax. The first thing you smell when you open the doors to the condo is cigarette or vaping type smells. I was very disappointed in the place not feeling fresh. With it being Rosemary beach, I was surprised at the issues. The rooms were nice though and the property itself is well kept. I recommend airing out the place for the smoke smells.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much, but like anything, there were positives and negatives. Being so close to the center of town had many advantages: close to beach, restaurants and pools. However, being above a restaurant meant we heard the dumpster being emptied at 7:30AM on multiple days, and the noise from 30A below us was consistent. The two main bedrooms were very nice, but the third bedroom with twin beds was lacking and felt like an afterthought. It was extremely cramped with no natural light, no dresser, or even a real closet (it was a utility closet with a rack in it). Also, the twin mattresses were not comfortable and you could also hear water rushing through the pipes in the ceiling above at night. I felt that for the high rental rate, the queen bedroom's bathroom should have a shower, not just a tub. I would describe this rental as a two bedroom with a small bunk area. Some other positives: the kitchen was very well appointed and the tv and soundbar were top notch for listening to music or watching tv. Loved our stay, but the third bedroom was a downer.

Great first time rental in Rosemary Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was really unsure about the location, having never been to Rosemary Beach. I couldn't figure out what we were getting ourselves into. We were very pleasantly surprised. The condo itself was so cute and nicely appointed. It was much roomier than it looks in the pictures. We had everything we needed. the little room that has the twin beds is super cute and was fine for us. I brought 4 teenage girls, and they just loved it. My husband and I both had to do some work remotely and that worked out fine because the Wi-Fi was good and the condo is so quiet. The location is fantastic. We loved being right over the shops and it was such a quick walk to the beach. Even when we forgot whatever random thing it was that day our walk back from the beach wasn't a pain at all. The only thing that we didn't just love was the balcony is over a restaurant and the dumpster for the building. That didn't always smell particularly delightful, but everything else was so great we just spent time out there when it wasn't smelly. The property management company was super responsive and helpful. The amenities are fantastic, and we used the workout facility, most of the pools and of course the beach. We loved it and absolutely recommend it.

Kitchen was great and plenty of dishware. The knives could use a little upgrade. And the smoke alarm is way too sensitive as it goes off for even casual cooking . Make sure guests use fan on high to help prevent alarm going off.

Great stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay and property. Great location and the condo is perfect. I can't think of one thing I would change. It was a little bit of a challenge to get the bikes that came with the property but you honestly don't even need them because the location is so great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we will be back!
