Welcome to Regency Towers #706 East, a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath gulf-front condo in Pensacola Beach, Florida that sleeps up to four guests. Located on the quieter eastern side of the island, this vacation rental condo in Pensacola Beach, FL offers beautiful views of the emerald Gulf waters and the community pool, plus the unbeatable perk of being just steps from the beach—ideal for a relaxing coastal escape. Pets are also welcome at this condo, so the whole family can enjoy a relaxing beach escape.

Inside Regency Towers #706 East, the open living space combines the living area, dining area and kitchen for easy beachside living. The living area features a plush sofa that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private gulf-front balcony. Step outside to enjoy sunrise coffee or sunset drinks at the bistro set for two, or unwind on the loungers while taking in views of the Gulf and pool. Dining for four awaits in the dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing beach snacks or home-cooked meals.

The primary bedroom at Regency Towers #706 East offers a queen bed, Smart TV, direct balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Amazing location! The property was well maintained (both the building/shared facilities and the actual condo). The property management team was also great. I had my mental oopsie and missed the check in info (access code and parking permit), but they were kind and helped me quickly.

We had the best time staying here! The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous and it was just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella included made our beach days so easy and relaxing. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Donna was amazing, so helpful and quick to respond before, during and after our trip. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!

We have stayed in several units at Regency Towers. This unit was probably our favorite thus far. The owners are people of faith. I appreciated seeing God’s Word in some of the decor pieces. Thank you. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very organized and labeled too! More than adequate storage for all of our belongings to be put away for the week. It was everything we needed for a home away from home. The three of us were very comfortable there. My favorite part though, the HUGE balcony! The view was beautiful! I loved the THREE balcony access doors! You’re seeing the ocean from literally every room!The cherry on top of this great unit is that it is pet friendly. (You would never know they allow pets though! Not a hair or smell anywhere!!!) We have a new pup and I did not realize how big of a challenge finding a pet-friendly unit that checks all my boxes would be. This one checked every one. We will absolutely stay here again!Thank you!!!**The property itself is clean and has an extremely friendly staff. It is close enough to the fun and food, but far enough away too. Big pool and easy beach access. Grounds to walk pets and convenient on-site baggy and trash cans to dispose of pet waste. Very family friendly.

Great vacation place

The property was just as advertised, very well appointed and organized. Communication with the owner was prompt and clear, she responded quickly to our few questions. The balcony is large and looks out over the pool to the Gulf, a great place to hang out. Recommend without hesitation.

Amazing Condo with Great Views

A truly wonderful place to relax and recharge. Super clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you might need. Easy check-in process, excellent communication with host, and an ideal location. AMAZING views, large balcony, easy parking, and quick elevators. I couldn't ask for more. We'll definitely stay again.

The condo is directly on the beach. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Easy access to the beach…never had to wait long for an elevator. Amazing view. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed. I have nothing negative to say. We had a great stay.
