Surrounded by towering live oaks and palmetto trees, the views offer a remarkable sense of privacy and a close connection to nature.
The living space opens seamlessly onto your private pool, sundeck, and covered porch, creating a delightful indoor-outdoor experience essential for an island getaway. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to craft delicious, fresh local cuisine, featuring a central dining table seating 8, a kitchen island seating 3, and a secondary dining nook seating 4. These multiple gathering spots are ideal for enjoying downtime, sharing memorable family meals, and fully embracing island time.
This refined Vanderhorst Plantation home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. The spacious primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor, offering a King size bed, a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two walk-in closets. A half bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are also situated on the first floor for maximum convenience.
The three guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. Guest bedroom 1 features a King size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 offers lovely pool views, a King size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub. The final guest bedroom 3 is furnished with a Twin bunk bed and a Twin size bed, complete with a private bathroom including a walk-in shower.

Pool Access: This home has a private pool and can be heated for an additional fee with 1 week advance notice. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly, allowing 1 dog with a max weight limit of 100 lbs. There is a pet fee of $250/week or stay if less than 7 nights. Dog must be at least 1 year of age. No other pets allowed.
Parking: There is parking for up to 4 cars.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
