Our condo is centrally located to all water-related activities and this beach condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with granite countertops, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware. It's well-organized and fully stocked with everything you might need. In addition, we have a Keurig and a standard coffee machine with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar.

BEDROOM: Luxurious, memory foam, king-size mattress so that you have a restfull night's sleep.

LIVING ROOM: Features a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. Complete sets of fresh linens, washcloths, towels, and hand towels are provided and on-site laundry facility is available.

ENTERTAINMENT: Condo is furnished with two TVs equipped with Roku streaming devices, to allow you to log in to all your favorite streaming services.

Wifi: High Speed Internet

Our guests will receive a STARTER KIT to kick off their stay with us. It includes:
1 Paper Towel Roll / 2 Toilet Paper
1 Dish Sponge / Dish Soap / Hand Soap
3 Trash Bags / Coffee Pods
Shampoo / Conditioner / Body wash

BEACH: The condo is a short 3 min walk from the white sandy beach and we provide a beach cart, a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and much more to make your trip enjoyable! (but if you prefer to drive, parking at the beach is free!)

PARKING: Off-Street. One assigned spot for the unit plus available visitors parking on property. UBER/Lyft are very accessible in the area.

PETS: Only 1 pet is allowed per stay (including ESA). They must be under 50lbs and a picture PRIOR to arrival is required. They must be leashed, not left unattended for more than 6 hours, and always kenneled when alone. Additional fee for excess shedding may apply.

AREA: When it comes to dining out, you're in for a treat with more than a dozen excellent local food and drink options all less than 2 miles away! We have them broken down into cuisines and addresses in our property handbook so you don’t have to waste your time searching!

In addition, The Okaloosa Island Pier is a short 10-min walk! Perfect spot to enjoy live music, watch or join in on a game of beach volleyball, and take in the vibrant local scene. Whether you’re an adventure seeker or looking to relax, this area has something for everyone!

RULES:
- No parties or events
- Maximum guests in unit: 4
- No unregistered guests or pets allowed
- Building quiet hours: 11 pm to 8 am
- No smoking inside or within 15 feet of building
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises
- Must be 21+ to book and the booking guest must remain on-site
- Guests are responsible for all pet damages
- Any damage to unit and furniture (to include stains caused to fabric surfaces which cannot be removed) will incur replacement fee at guest’s expense.
- Guest must notify host immediately of any damage or injury that takes place at property
By booking guest acknowledges they understand and agree to above rules.

Please be aware of the following:
- NO dishwasher in unit
- Unit has a stand up shower (no tub)
- Building does not have an elevator. Two short flights of stairs to get to unit.
- Trailers / RVs / Boats / jet skis are NOT allowed on premises (there is a parking lot close by).
