Direct Beachfront 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom Condo! Pelican Isle! Sleeps 6! Perfectly located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island! This beautiful 820 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom upgraded and 4th floor condo features a great location and comfort! Enjoy this perfect location just steps to the pool & beach and fantastic view from the private balcony! Included in your rental is Beach Service - 2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella- March 1-October 31st. No packing and lugging chairs to and from the beach.

The bedroom features a King bed and has an attached private full bathroom (Shower/Tub). There is a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom has a Walk In Shower. There is a wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances for preparing any meal! Filtered water and ice maker in Refrigerator. 5 Star Linens and towels are provided. 6 Beach Towels provided. Washer & Dryer in the Unit.

Pelican Isle Resort is a clean, quiet, and well-kept condo complex that is centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Just minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles), and a short 15-20 minutes from the great Fort Walton Airport (VPS) where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, American, & United Airlines all fly daily!

We are proud to have excellent restaurants, fabulous shopping, fantastic golf courses, the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and unmatched fishing at the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village" …. all are just minutes away! We arrived Monday 13th thru Saturday 18th! The condo was very clean, spacious for us!! It was exactly what I was looking for in a condo on the beach!! Our view of the beach was perfect!!! It was completely stocked with everything you need!!! I cannot recommend this condo enough. Definitely a 10/10 for us!! The owners of the condo answered any questions I had!! When I would send her a message within 5 min she was responding to me!! I also needed an extra night to stay, I asked her if she had anything available and she had this same condo available for last night!! So we were able to stay an extra night!! Our next beach trip I will definitely being staying I this particular condo!! Also our balcony was directly over the pool so we sat on the balcony and watched the kids swim!!!!

This was our first time to this beach and area. The room was perfect and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The beach was not crowded at all. The condo is a perfect location just minutes from all sorts of restaurants and activities.

This condo was perfect in every way!! It was exactly as pictured and more than suited our every need. We arrived a little earlier than check in and the owners were so easy to communicate with, they even let us in a little early. It was wonderful to have my coffee out on the balcony every morning with the perfect view and sounds of the ocean. It was such a nice bonus to have chair service on the beach as well!! We came down for our 20th wedding anniversary and had a perfect week! We can't wait to come back!!

Everything was great

We stayed in Fort Walton for 11 wonderful days. It has the best beach for beach walkers. There are many good resturants nearby. We plan to come back.

Flawless stay

We had a great time at the property. All staff were friendly, easy check-in process. Beach was amazing and kids really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and gulf. Quiet area and we will be coming back!

My wife loves the beach, and we were able to enjoy a nice getway! The unit was nice and just as described. The beach access and chairs/umbrella setup were just what we had hoped for. The view from the porch was grand. The Ft. Walton area is a great part of the beach becasue it's not too hectic, but access to do anyting most you want is not too far away. The only drawback was that the system used to generate the check-in codes was delayed, but we were graciously given an extended checkout time. I'd certainly reccommnend it.

Native to Colorado, We were looking for a bit of beach to call our own. We were first introduced to Pelican Isle in 2021 when friends invited us to stay with them and check out their beach front condo. Our boys at the time were 10 and 12 and our daughter 4. Not sure what we had in store, we quickly learned that Okaloosa Island is a FANTASTIC place to take our children. We could enjoy the quiet of the beach with out spending a fortune. The proximity of Pelican Isle to Destin and the Panhandle is one of many reasons we chose to make Pelican Isle our second home.
