The Palmera/Luxury Remodel/Heated Pool/Sleeps 14

Welcome to The Palmera just east of Old Town Scottsdale. This amazing remodel with the finest furnishings awaits! The home has 5 bedrooms & sleeps up to 14 guests along with 3 full bathrooms. The open concept kitchen, dining & living room is ideal for large groups. The backyard features a deep pool, sunroom with large slider, outdoor dining, bbq, cornhole & sun loungers. Come soak up the sunshine poolside, take in the local shopping, dining, nightlife, golf, hiking & all things outdoors!

Pool may be heated at an additional cost of $95 per day.

A. The property is equipped with two public-facing security cameras. One Ring camera at the front door of the home and another above the garage.

B. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 14 and renter must seek approval in advance to exceed at any given time.

C. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

D. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

E. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.

F. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
