Bedroom #4 – One Queen Bed, Two Double Beds, with an ensuite bathroom and access to the deck

• Two-story private boat dock — ideal for sunbathing, fishing (poles included), or relaxing
• Complimentary kayaks and life vests - 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks (please inquire about availability in the offseason)

• You must be at least 30 years old to rent, and the individual renting must be onsite for the duration of the stay. No smoking.

Parking: Parking on the road is not permitted. Please pull all cars into the driveway to avoid blocking the neighbors’ driveways. Car limit of 5 vehicles.
