Built in 2020 with stylish finishes, this 2-bedroom + den, 2.5-bath retreat sleeps 6 and is your perfect base for festival weekends, tennis, quick getaways, or an extended desert stay.

The Space
Light-filled and thoughtfully furnished across two stories. Two private bedrooms feature quality queen beds and crisp linens, and a flexible den with queen pullout comfortably sleeps two more. Two spa-like bathrooms with rain showers add a hotel-quality touch, plus a convenient half bath downstairs. The open-concept living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances — and your private patio with sweeping mountain views is the spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
