The pictures of tge house did not capture the actual truth. The grill in tge pictures was not tge broken grill at the house, for example. I rented tge house because it had a high rating. It really should be a 4.0 rating tops. All the pool furniture was in rough shape. Plastic chairs were broken, cloth furniture like chase chairs were so stained, I would not use them. The Casago people who manage it, were not much help. I certainly will not rent this property again.

We loved this house. The check in process was easy! The managment company communicated effectively. When we had a problem with the key sticking iin the lock, they sent someone right over who changed the lock and gave us a new key. The house itself is perfect for two or more. It had everything we needed. It stayed cool even in the hot July weather. The best of all was the salt water pool with plenty of pool toys, beach towels easy on bare feet grass and shaded areas. Being well over 100 degrees we swam in the evening. Fair warning: there are plenty of keep the noise down warnings after 9:00 or 10:00 PM, but we are just and older couple, so being noisy wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend this house!

It’s great the home had everything you needed, stayed cool in the July heat, and that you enjoyed the saltwater pool, pool toys, beach towels, grassy area, and shaded spots for evening swims. Thank you for noting the quiet-hours reminders — we appreciate your understanding. Thanks for the recommendation.

This home is a perfect option for the desert. It is close to downtown Palm Springs and not far from Palm Desert. My family loved the pool and hot tub. It can be heated and that's a huge bonus since the weather fluctuated from really hot to warm during our stay. It is a super luxurious pool. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. The home is spacious with updated baths and comfortable beds. Lots of room. I would stay there again.

Loved the location and the pool! We paid to have the pool heated, but they delivered…it was great! We biked on the CV Link trail which was only a couple of blocks away. Hosts were very responsive! We would love to go back!

Thanksgiving Holiday Escape

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and found the home was complete with everything we needed to cook and relax for the holiday weekend. The backyard is a 5 star feature of the property. The pool and spa are perfect and the grass areas were perfect for playing with our dog. The location was close to town and everywhere we wanted to go.
