Enjoy new, upgraded mattresses and linens, a large selection of board games for a family to enjoy, and a balcony and living room where you can sip cocktails and soak in amazing mountain views. When you want to venture out, you'll have access to shared tennis courts, three pools, a spa, and a laundry room close to your front door.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Here in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs, but still only minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the award-winning Indian Canyons Golf Courses open to the public, you'll find no lack of activities nearby. South Palm Canyon has the calmest weather and lies within some of the nicest neighborhoods in Palm Springs. Enjoy evening walks around the neighborhood and morning hikes at Murray Canyon. When you want to head into downtown, you'll be less than three miles from the main drag of Palm Canyon Drive, offering a plethora of unique shops, restaurants, and art exhibits.

Friend Getaway

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Nice, quiet walkable neighborhood between stunning mountain vistas. Home was comfortable, VERY clean, and perfect for a small group to sleep in their own bed.

Terrific property

Better than expected! Very quiet location with gorgeous desert landscaping and mountain scenery. The neighbors were very nice. The large heated pool in November was perfect, as was the adjacent hot tub. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The balcony frequented by humming birds was icing on the cake!

Great with a few hiccups

This place was in the perfect location, lots of space for a condo and great for our family. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked, pool was clean and location was quiet. We’d recommend this to friends for sure! Only issues really were with Vacasa. One was that we hoped to check in an hour early, and, in fact, we’re told by one rep. the day before that it would most likely be possible since no one had been in the unit prior. But whomever we spoke with on the actual day said it wasn’t possible and that the check in info is sent from an automated system and we’d just have to wait until 4:00. It seemed that they could have taken the time to help us more. It wasn’t great customer service. Also when we arrived the AC wasn’t working and Vacasa was frustratingly not very helpful in giving us a time frame for when it could be fixed. We didn’t know if we should stay and wait for a technician or if it would be fixed at all. Ultimately a technician came that evening and then returned the next day and worked hard to fix it and the rest of the stay was very comfortable but the first night was very hot and frustrating! I found it most frustrating that the Vacasa reps didn’t do more initially to make it clear they were addressing the issue, such as let us know they’d reimburse us if we bought a fan, or whom we could call locally to find out more about when a technician would be coming. It was a disappointing way to start a vacation.

Great property in Palm Springs

We loved the condo's location and overall condition. The living room was spacious and the view from the deck was awesome, specially at night. We made use of the shared amenities in the premises, including the pool, laundry, and grill. We have a couple of suggestions to further enhance the rental. The dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinet, as the entire unit currently tilts forward when the racks are pulled out. There were only 4 sets of dishes, it could use another set since the unit accommodates more than 4. Some fixtures need to be fixed, like the toilet paper holder and one of the faucet handles in the master bath.

Wonderful

We loved this apartment. Great view overlooking the pool and close to tennis courts that we used every day. Across the street was a beautiful hike overlooking the valley/city.

We loved this unit. It was in a great location close to town. It's very quiet and the pool was clean and relaxing after a day of hiking. The beds and linens were comfortable and the home was spacious.

A Must Stay

This is a great condo with amazing mountain views and swimming pool right in front. It's far enough from downtown Palm Springs that you don't get a lot noise, but close enough to make a hastily made dinner reservation. We brought two kids and a dog and there was more than enough room. It's great for vacations, because there are no clocks in the place. I would buy this condo if it were for sale.

After you get past the odd smell and misrepresentation, not too bad a place

We had two points of dissatisfaction. 1) when you walk into the place it has a strange, unpleasant odor. We went to the store and invested about $35 in candles, air fresheners, sprays, and put out coffee grounds to help with odor. We noted the issue to mgt, and they dropped by another can of air freshener. It became more tolerable over time with our efforts but never seemed to go away. 2) the place is advertised as a 3 bedroom/2 bath and w an "other" room featuring a red fouton. That room doesn't exist. It was an older photo of a room they turned into two twin beds. They also show a large walk-in closet, but that was locked. Also, the tub/shower in MBR enamel was peeling off. If you can get beyond that, the place was comfortable. Nice simple furnishing with all you need. Pool and hot tub within view and close by. Quiet location. Not too far from downtown Palm Springs. The beds were comfortable. Covered parking, close. Washer and dryer in community laundry - was clean and close by for $1.50 cycle.

Very nice apartment in a great location

The property is very spacious and offers a fantastic view of a nearby mountain. The view from the balcony is even better in person than in the photos! There are lots of towels and linens within the unit (might seem strange to include this info, but I've found sometimes these are lacking). There are multiple pools and hot tubs on premises and overall the complex is super quiet. Highly recommend this place. The only con was that we found the unit slightly dirty upon entry. One of the bathrooms had hairs on the ground, and the rug in the living room had crumbs and what looked like nail clippings on it. We contacted the management, but beyond an email reply saying the cleaning staff had been notified, nothing else was done to alleviate this. Given the cleaning fee, I found this unsatisfactory.
