Sliding doors open out from the living area onto a cool covered furnished terrace, ideal for that all important 'al fresco' dining experience. From the terrace you can enjoy views across to your private pool complete with lounges within the fenced garden which ensures privacy for you to take a dip and then lie back and soak up the Spanish sunshine whilst sipping an ice cold drink.

Roche is maybe the most elegant development in the whole area with high-class villas and impressive landscaped gardens. Surrounded by pine forests, it is ideally located between a succession of secluded coves towards the lighthouse of Conil, and the endless soft beaches of La Barrosa towards Chiclana.Roche is a very tranquil most of the time, but becomes very lively in high season since most of the properties are holiday rentals. In the large communal area there is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, playground and pizzeria. There is also a public fitness park, free basketball courts and football fields, as well as tennis and paddle tennis courts which can be rented for a reasonable fee. The excellent restaurant El Timón with direct access to the beach is situated on the cliffs of Roche.The nearest banks and larger supermarkets are in El Colorado (6 km). Conil is approximately 8 km away 10-15minutes by car.
