El Colorado - Modern, spacious villa with garden and private pool Casa Rocalla is a modern, very spacious holiday villa with 3 bedrooms and a private pool, built to a high standard. Upon entering the house, there is the master bedroom with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and an en suite shower room to the right, and two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower to the left. All bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes for storage and are pretected with moskito nets. There is an extra bed, so that 7 people can sleep comfortably in the house. The open plan living room with dining area is generously spaced and has 2 large sofas and an armchair. The floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (induction stove, small dish washer, oven). The large terrace is accessed from both the living room and the kitchen. The part in front of the living room can be closed with glass sliding doors, so you are protected from the wind or can close it completely in winter. Enjoy your meals outside! There is a brick barbecue and comfortable teak furniture. The 7 x 3.5 m pool can be fenced off with a sliding gate for the safety of small children. Next to the barbecue is a covered terrace, the ideal place to get some rest and relaxation.

El Colorado has a few supermarkets, plenty of small shops, a pharmacy and a few simple, but good restaurants. A wonderful pine forest is just a short walk away from the house. The beaches of Conil and Roche can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. El Colorado is conveniently located near the road that connects Conil with Chiclana, Cádiz, Jerez, and Seville.
