This home is strictly smoke-free and smoke odor-free. There is no smoking allowed.
To maintain our air quality standards and to protect ourselves and other guests with sensitivities, we cannot host anyone who may bring smoke odor into the home, even if the smoking occurs off-site.
A significant cleaning/ozone treatment fee will apply if we detect smoke odor in our home. If you currently smoke or if your clothing or belongings may carry smoke odor, this property will not be an appropriate fit. We kindly recommend selecting a listing without strict air-quality requirements.

Special considerations for families with children: We want to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all of our guests. Please note that our home is not set up for young children. There are steep staircases without safety gates, our fireplace does not have a barrier and its glass door surface gets very hot, there is no child-proofing for electrical outlets, and the home contains fragile and valuable items that are not child-safe. We advise against booking with toddlers or young children unless they are under constant, strict adult supervision, as we cannot provide childproofing equipment. We expect guests to take full responsibility for supervising children at all times to prevent accidents. If you're comfortable managing this risk with your little ones, we'd love to host you!
