Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, modern living space, and dog-friendly amenities, steps from breweries, dining, and shops. Perfect for exploring Duluth with easy access to local gems.

​​​​​​​The open-concept living space exudes a fresh, modern vibe, featuring a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Gather around the kitchen island with seating for three, or enjoy meals in the charming built-in breakfast nook. The living area boasts a spacious sectional sleeper sofa, ideal for unwinding in front of the HD LED Smart TV. Weather permitting, step outside to the patio for a morning coffee or an evening beer. Upstairs, two bedrooms await, each furnished with a plush king-size bed and large windows that flood the space with natural light. A bonus commons area on the second level adds extra versatility with a twin daybed, another HD LED Smart TV, and convenient in-unit laundry.

Stay Lincoln Park 2 was a great place to stay for four nights while I was in the Duluth area. The place spacious, clean and well equipped. There are multiple coffee shops and restaurants nearby and access was easy if leaving the area.

We loved this stay. Very cozy, clean, and perfect location. Easy check in and out and manager was very responsive for all of our needs. Worth the price.

Great Location

Just as advertised! The location was fantastic for what we needed and we were able to walk to many places. The parking was easy and the towels were comfy.

Charming

What a great apartment. Easy to access from the highway. Near shops & restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and living space is cozy. The only suggestion would be to add rugs inside entry doors during winter months.

Good apartment some minor issues.

Great place to stay, easy check in, great location. The walls are very thin so you definitely know you have neighbors and can at times even be a part of their conversations... Wifi was a struggle for both of us on our personal devices.

Nice accommodation

The property management was great to work with. We had a parking question when we arrived and it was handled immediately. The apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable with all necessities. The walls connecting the master bedroom seems thin, as I heard the neighbors clearly. I was a little disappointed in the area, as it is a up and coming neighborhood, as opposed to an “expectation” I, myself had conceived. GPS was able to get me to and from the area pretty easily, after initially following the directions given. Overall a great place to stay.

Nice place but had a mix up

The place is nice the neighborhood ok. We did have a mix up checking in. They told us the wrong unit and someone else showed up that had the unit reserved. Did give us a discount but it cost us about 2 hours of screwing around on our vacation. Also WiFi didn't work. Place was fixed up and pretty nice though
