With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, it’s a comfortable base for ski weekends, golf trips, and Lake Tahoe adventures.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including the private hot tub, deck, grill, garage, driveway parking, and in-unit laundry. The NPOA guest access card is provided for shared amenities (replacement fee applies). Trash should be disposed of at the Northstar dumpster area using the provided access card.



The Neighborhood:

Our home sits right on the Northstar golf course, giving you a quiet, wooded setting with open fairway views. It’s a great base for ski season, summer golf, and shoulder-season trail time, while still being within easy reach of Truckee and Lake Tahoe.

Expect a classic mountain neighborhood feel—peaceful mornings, crisp evenings, and quick access to the region’s best outdoor recreation.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for accessing resort entry points, downtown Truckee, and Lake Tahoe beaches. Winter conditions can change quickly in the mountains, so please plan accordingly and check forecasts before travel.



Once you've arrived, there's no need to drive to the resort itself—our home is located within Northstar and served by the complimentary Northstar shuttle system. Guests can download the Northstar Village Transit app to request on-demand rides to the Village, lifts, or other resort amenities with ease.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Parking is limited to the garage/driveway only (no street parking).



Exterior security cameras are located at the doorbell and driveway.



Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.
