Guest Access:

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices. The Palm Valley Country Club is just a swing away, offering easy access to its legendary courses and amenities. This home also includes a Platinum Membership, offering full access to all of Palm Valley Country Club’s world-class amenities, including golf, tennis, fitness, pools, and dining. Therefore, renters have pay-and-play access to 2 Ted Robinson, 18-hole golf courses, plus a fabulous athletic/gym complex, 16 tennis courts, pickleball courts, a high-end spa, and a beauty salon. Renters who do not choose to register for use will find that there are numerous fine public golf courses, tennis facilities, and fitness centers in the vicinity. All renters have access to any of the communities 46 pools and spas and selected clubhouse facilities (dining, a cocktail lounge, spa treatments, and a hair salon).
