Six stars if they allowed it! Wonderful location overlooking the 17th green on the Kona County Club and the ocean beyond. Condo was super clean and kitchen well stocked. Parking was easy and only a few steps away from the front door! KTA supermarket a short walk away. Our stay here was everything we could ever want for a Big Island vacation.

Victor is a 5-Star host. Everything about our stay at his condo was excellent. The location is very convenient to many sites on the Big Island. It’s within minutes to many beaches / parks that offer world class snorkeling. Snorkeling gear is provided by Victor which was a nice surprise. The Condo complex also has a private pool which you have access to during your stay and the pool has 2 BBQs that you can use at your discretion. I look forward to visiting the Big Island again soon and will certainly be staying at Victor’s condo.

We had an amazing stay at the condo, all while being very clean and well maintained. With a beautiful view of the ocean across the golf course where the sun sets. Location was perfect with all your needs shopping, groceries and restaurants, all within walking distance. Along with the multiple swimming pulls and jacuzzi’s to wide down at night. Victor was super nice and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be booking here again for our next visit !

Our last visit to Kona, we stayed in Keauhou - it's a great spot on the island, close to our favorite spots to get in the water. This time it was a family get together and wanted a place in the same area and this VRBO delivered perfectly. Two bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit, comfortable couches, a good pull out in the LV for my nephew, and a massive lanai where we ate many of our meals watching the spectacular sunsets. There are propane BBQs at the pool where we grilled fish bought from the farmer's market at the shopping center close by. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough for multiple people to cook. There are available useful items like coolers, some snorkel gear a well as binoculars which came in handy on our day trip to Kilauea. We enjoyed the location and our stay here.

We had an amazing week in Kona, discovering the island and all the beautiful things that we got to experience. This condo was in a perfect location overlooking a beautiful golf course and beyond that we had an ocean of view from our bedroom every morning when we woke up. We sat on the patio with our morning coffee overseeing the golf course and the ocean. Just an amazing place very relaxing, with beautiful decoration with so much space. Kitchen was fully functional. We cooked meals had a coffee maker. Everything from the floors to the bathrooms were upgraded. We truly enjoyed our stay and will most likely book this condo again. We have recommended it to our friends and have shared our amazing experience. We are grateful to the hosts Victor and Angie for a beautiful vacation, in a beautiful area and allowing us to make a beautiful memories.

We were a bit hesitant at first to book a property without multiple reviews, however we were very honored to be their first guests. Victor's communication went above and beyond and their home was exactly as described with things laid out in a clear understandable way. Having a sharp knife and some plastic containers for leftovers is something that has been missing in many past rentals, not here, everything we needed was in the drawers. Also, we had a very special personalized welcome that was greatly appreciated. We watched and listened to many birds on the golf course side from the deck which made it very pleasant. Watching the groups of golfers quietly going by was also fun and the nice pool was close!We would book here again in a heartbeat-the shopping and restaurants within walking distance is also a big attraction. Highly suggest this property!
