#239 is a bridge unit, so you don’t have to manage stairs. Walk right into your lodgings from your free assigned/dedicated parking space. Access is with an electronic lock for easy self check-in.

**BRAND NEW UNIT** complete remodel was completed in October of 2024.
ALL Finishes are 100% NEW including flooring. No Carpet.

** KING BEDS in both bedrooms with mattress toppers and high quality linens. Air conditioners and ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well. The Master bedroom has an attached full bath with walk in shower. Guest bath has a walk in shower as well.
**Both bedrooms have black out curtains so you can sleep in or take a nap before cocktails!
**The kitchen features brand-new full-size appliances and all your cooking and dining essentials. You can dine inside or on the lanai.
**There is a Full-size washer and dryer in the unit
**Dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs with a fan above.
** Living Room Seating includes a large couch and a comfy recliner if you want to relax inside or watch TV on the Flat Screen.
**The lanai has two chaise loungers as well as a high top table and 4 chairs for even better views. Grill is provided in common areas if you prefer to cook outside.

**High speed internet is included. We provide for upgraded speed so everyone can stream or work without issues.


**As mentioned above, a complete remodel was finished in October 2024. ALL finishes are NEW.
The entire condo is light, bright, and spectacular inside. Lanai views provide backdrop for enjoyable cocktails or your morning coffee.
Flooring is all tile and LVP. Fresh, clean and new!

CCV is located just a block away from the Keauhou Shopping Center. Full-service grocery/liquor store, a variety of local restaurants, Longs Drugs(CVS) farmers market and movie theatre. You can take a quick walk to pick up anthing you need.
E-Bikes are available close by

CCV rules prohibit parties and we are a NON SMOKING PROPERTY
AC is available in our entire unit. We provide both bedrooms with AC as part of the price. AC in the living/dining room area is an added charge of $25/day.
The maximum number of guests allowed for any reservation is 4 and the minimum age is 5. Condo is not set up for little kids.


A copy of the CCV House Rules and a guide to the local area are inside the unit.

This rental was one of the best we've had. The condo was clean, comfortable and had an outstanding view of the ocean and sunsets from the Lanai. The condo complex is well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Excellent swimming pools with a view of the ocean. We would definitely rent this property again on a future visit.

Excellent!! The condo has been beautifully refurbished and is a delightful place to stay. Very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and a gorgeous kitchen. The host Jody has thought of every detail a vacationer would want. Ceiling fans in all the rooms were wonderful. We did not pay for living room a/c and had no need for it with the breeze through the doors. The lanai was exceptionally clean and comfortable with the high table/chairs and chaise lounges. We especially loved spending our evenings out there reading by the little rechargeable lights Jody provides. The complex itself has wonderful pools, beautiful landscaping and is walkable to Keauhou shopping. It was a lovely stay and we plan to book again.

We were over the top happy with this unit and location.Property very well cared for. Quality of beds, linens, furnishings. Clean. Would highly recommend. Pictures are true to what you see. Location ideal. Close but not busy. Private. Really, really nice.Property manager very helpful.We have stayed on The Big Island quite a lot over the last 20 years. I would put this unit in my top two. Very comfortable and super accommodating. Thank you, Jody, for helping us out last minute and providing us with a beautiful place to stay. We will reach out to you first when we plan to visit again.

Great spot. Par three right off the lanai fun to watch players hit onto the green. Place was super clean when we got there and the pool and barbecuing was great. Highly recommended.

Everything you could ask for!

We had the best stay! Check in was seamless and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. The property was exactly as pictured and everything was brand new. Easy to access the beach from here. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back soon!

Great condo

The condo is ideal for 2 couples.Lots of space and a great balcony with beautiful view of the ocean and golf course, complete with BBQ grill. Front door has easy ground level access. Owner is very attentive to our needs.

Luxury Ocean View Paradise

FIVE STAR PLUS! Super clean charming condo that accentuates Hawaii charm. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. WIFI was incredibly fast and this condo has everything you need. The amenities of the complex are superb and that is why we always stay at Country Club Villas. Thus far this is the BEST UNIT IN THE COMPLEX! We will book this unit again. Mahalo to the owners for such attention to details.

Judy was amazing! The property was clean and well stocked. My biggest problem kind of a big one is The listing for the AC was very misleading was asked to have had to pay 50 a day to use AC in living room which was very disappointing and frustrating.You cannot leave doors open even with screens as there are alot of bugs.

Excellent home with a Fantastic view

One of the very few places i have booked and stayed, this exceeded my expectations. The apartment is a little away from Kona, which was good for us. The location has a very fantastic view of the ocean (though it is not on the beach) and beautiful sunsets right in the balcony.The apartment was very clean and very thoughtfully arranged, well stocked with utensils, towels, washing packs right down to different type of cables for charging.Adding to this a very warm and understanding host. A very recommendable place to spend your vacation.

Beautiful property, delightful host!

This newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath condo is a lovely home away from home. The decor is bright and cheerful without being "too beachy". The beds and all seating, both in and outside are comfortable and arranged well. The first day we were there we had lunch on the lanai and watched a baby and mama whale breach. The neighborhood is quiet (even on New Year's Eve!) with a grocery store, other shopping and restaurants close by. Also close is one of the best snorkeling beaches! The pool(s) and pickleball/tennis courts are close and well maintained. Jody is a great host with friendly, clear and timely communication. Would highly recommend!

Very Nice Condo with a View

The VRBO description and pictures for this condo are accurate. The condo was comfortable enough for the 3 of us (ages 68, 68, and 87). There are 2 in-wall AC units, 1 in the Great room (for an extra charge) and 1 in the Master bedroom (included in the rental fee). In the 2nd bedroom the included AC unit is a portable one vented through the window, but the opening is blocked and inaccessible from the outside. The portable AC unit was not used during our stay, but the other 2 units were used in the late afternoon and evenings. They provided adequate cooling, along with the overhead fans. The beds were very comfortable, but be aware that they are quite high (36" from floor to top of mattress). It was a little difficult for an average stature person (5'11'' and under) to get onto the beds. The kitchen was stock with plenty of dishes, cups, and glasses. However for the flatware there was only one set of four (4 each of knives, dinner and salad forks, and 2 different sizes of spoons). The unit could definitely use another set of flatware. The host, Jody, does make you feel welcomed with some extra touches, such as specialty coffee, chocolate, and macadamia nuts! There was even a Brita pitcher with a new filter which negated the need for purchasing any bottled water. The view of the ocean and golf course was very pleasant as we sat on the spacious lanai. We enjoyed many spectacular sunsets and even saw a little whale action!
