Our overall stay was just okay, and we did have an few issues. Upon arrival, the downstairs area was wide open with lights on. The inside of it was nasty. We originally thought this was our rental. We realized that it was the upstairs instead. It was much better, but still lacking a bit. Cracked toilet tank, unfinished tile work on the bathtub, plaint splatters all on the kitchen floor, a ripped arm on the chair, some kind of malformation on the corner of the couch, stained sheets, dangling electrical wires, etc. Most concerning to us was the open basement area that seemed to be unattended. There was direct access to our upstairs unit via the unsecured basement. Definitely did not feel super safe. There was very little/no outside lighting and the yard/landscaping was horrendous. We paid a 120 cleaning fee as part of our rental, but I’m not sure what that was for. The screen on the deck was no more than the frame of a screen door. We were hugely disappointed with the quality, but, it was at least a place to sleep. We will definitely seek out other accommodations on our next trip to the area.

The property out side had trash in the bushes. The vase on the back porch was full of trash as well as all but two chairs on the deck were broken. No cornhole no TV on deck as posted screen door was broken nor would latch. Deck was not very inviting. The sink was not cleaned. Dust and cob webs every were. The sheets were covered in human and dog hair nor did two of the rooms look anything as pictured, things were missing. One room I had to hook up the Roku my self for us to watch TV. I was very shocked when I asked host where to take the trash when it would get full and was told to throw it in a shed I walked up to the shed, trash all over the ground out side and extremely full of trash inside. Was uncomfortable putting trash in there. Property in a whole was very unkept uninviting and a little sketchy. After seeing the trash in the shed we actually ended up leaving the day before our check out.

Do not let the photos fool you! You will have one bedroom with no head board and just 3 inch mattress foam on a wire folding frame. There was bugs here and there like no true cleaning or attention to upkeep. Porch does not have all the chairs, grill was nasty and rusted. There are no cornhole boards.The place smelled of water damage and the floor below kitchen sink was sunken in.The cleaning crew did not clean place (trash in counters, dirty linen on beds, dirty linen still in washing machine not washed, trash can full, dirty dishes. Grass and outdoors area not attended to. You will literally break your neck between weeds and rocks. Screen door on porch to entry door is broke. Computer screen in office was written all on. If I could post the pictures you would see what I mean. Owner only refunded cleaning fee - we did not and would not have stayed after showing up to this compared to the pics. Just beware!!
