We had a wonderful stay! Host communication, cleanliness, location, and beautiful oceanfront views, all contributed to make this a perfect getaway for us! I would definitely plan on booking again!

The Condo is located in a great location. The view from the Condo was Great! The place was clean. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not comfortable. The communication with host was good, She replied quickly. A nice place to stay. I would rate it 7/10.

We had a great visit to Myrtle Beach. It was the week every year we come with a huge group of military retirees to play golf. This location was exactly central to the courses we played while here. Our room was great, easy access and perfect for our stay. Thank you for the great visit!

The unit is filthy, bug infested, & the furniture had all the comfort/cleanliness of something dumped on a rural roadside. We asked the host Janet for a refund the morning after we arrived saying we'd leave that ASAP. The alternative was we would move to another unit if she had one safer/cleaner than this one. DENIED. I gave her a long list of issues including but not limited to; sparking from the outlets when anything was plugged in, a variety of bugs including cockroaches dead & alive in the kitchen & living room, the incredibly uncomfortable sagging lopsided sofa and chair that are so dirty you don't want to sit on them. We asked many times for instructions for the microwave which could not be set for more than 30 seconds & for the tv which we couldn't tell if it had cable or was streaming. Request never answered. I sent several pictures to Janet. She said would send someone to clean the sofa which would take several hours if no longer to dry, leaving us to sit on the tile floor! We declined the offer and asked for a quilt to cover the disgusting sofa. I didn't get a response regarding that until we had been home for 2 days. If there had not been a tropical storm close we would have left on Friday but, unsafe to drive 4 hours in the rain & wind made us stay until Sunday: 3 days short of what we paid for. I spoke with Vrbo, who talked to Janet about a refund but, she had our money which is her #1 priority. She said the state of her unit is "normal wear & tear" . BEWARE
