The Space:

Family friendly spacious 5 bed/3 bath house has everything you need: fully equipped gourmet kitchen, brilliantly designed with quality in mind highlighted by a large center island, mini fridge, custom cut natural stone counters throughout, ample cabinet space and stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, and a large shower.



2 car garage + large driveway which can accommodate up to 3 cars, plus plenty of parking on the street.



Updated renovated bedrooms rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and cozy mattresses. Welcoming both business & leisure travelers from all around the world.

Self check-in. Will provide the door code.



Other Things to Note:

Pool and spa heating for under 30 nights stays:

Spa heating is $89 per session (1-6 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if you purchase the pool heating) is $199 per day each day you booked; 2-day minimum.

Please let us know what days and times you want the pool/spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay.

Please note that any unauthorized use of the spa or pool heater will incur an additional charge.



Monthly rentals require a utility fee of $25-44 /day

Using the pool heater or a spa daily will increase the daily fee $30-$50 additionally. Please let us know if you want to heat the pool and spot ahead of time.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
