Summary:

This beautiful upscale vacation home is located on a private gated street near the best that LA has to offer. Close to Sofi Stadium, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown L.A., Malibu beaches, Silverlake and so much more! Near beautiful Lake Balboa Park, hiking and biking trails, boating, botanical gardens, picnic areas and playgrounds all within walking distance. Optional pool gate. This home offers garage parking, driveway and street parking.



The Space:

On Private gated Street. Quiet and safe.



Guest Access:

The whole house, front/back yard, BBQ, washer/dryer, garage.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is across from beautiful Lake Balboa which is full of hiking trails, boating, botanical gardens, and playgrounds for those traveling with children. Easily travel to Hollywood, downtown Los Angeles, Burbank, and Santa Monica.



Getting Around:

It's best to rent a car in Los Angeles or to use Uber. Orange line within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating: Is awesome to enjoy and worth it!

Spa heating is $55 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if you purchase the pool heating) is $150 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. If gas prices go up the prices may increase depending on the current rates.

This pool can be heated as hot as you want it. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool heating as it takes a long time to heat depending on the weather.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.



Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.



Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.

Nice ambience and convenient location.

Our family found this home roomy and comfortable. It had everything we needed including outdoor patio furniture and bbq, comfortable beds, and a lake and park close by. My partner and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub for destressing. I highly recommend Archwood Manor and definitely plan to stay there in the future.

Lovely home

It is a beautiful and well kept home....will definitely recommend to friends and relatives....all rooms are clean and comfortable...the kitchen is well equipped...the house is big but at the same time our large family of 18 felt close and connected....we felt right at home and will stay here again whenever we visit LA.

Beautiful home with plenty of stocked items for a great stay.

All rooms were very spacious, 3 full bathrooms with plenty of towels for showering. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances. We cooked in the home many times. Katy was easy to get a hold of if needed. The garage was a plus. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend .

Great place, Great location!

We rented this property for a mother/daughter Girl Scout trip and we could not have been more pleased with it! The layout was great and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for a large group. Plenty of enough kitchen essentials too! The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of sightseeing . The location was central to so many things attractions including a the local Costco. Another major bonus was the number of towels! I would definitely rent this property again.
