This beautiful 250 year old house has been transformed into an impressive modern country estate. It offers 6 sleeping rooms, all with air condition, and 6 bath/shower rooms. From the front terrace of Finca La Torta the solid Oak door opens into the large reception area and main dining area with handmade individual, sturdy dining table/chairs. An inner arch leads into the impressive drawing room with twin matching sofas, Satellite TV with good size screen, DVD, CD player, interior stone wall features and side door to the rear gardens with lawns, citrus trees and quiet sun-bathing areas on the huge terrace. As you would expect the very modern kitchen is a 'chefs dream' with spotless stainless steel fittings/worktops, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, juicer, gas oven/hob, pantry, safety deposit box and side door to the rear terrace. One attractive twin bedroom has lovely views to the garden and full en-suite shower room. Bedroom number two is also a twin and has fitted wardrobes with en-suite bath/shower room. Guests cloakroom.

Stairs lead up from the hall to the magnificent Master twin bedroom with personal styling, full en-suite shower room and doorway to your own upper sun terrace with pool, garden and distant sea views. The fourth bedroom has a full size double bed , en-suite shower room and garden views. The next bedroom is the largest and has twin beds, en-suite shower room and a side door leading to exterior steps and down to the gardens. Outside is a casita which houses the washing machine. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING WITH INDIVIDUAL CONTROL, SATELLITE TV.
(Note: 4 of the bedrooms have purpose made adjoining twin beds. These can be placed together/apart as needed.)

Adjoining the main house is a casita with air conditioning, ideal for teenagers, au-pair/nanny or grandparents and has one double bedroom with bath/shower, Satellite TV and direct access to the poolside terraces. The main residence in total is 500m2 and has the added benefit of central heating if required.

On stepping outside, are the expansive lawns surrounding one of the finest swimming pools we have seen, with a very special feature 'cascading waterfall' effect to one side. The 60.00 square meters mosaic tiled swimming pool has child friendly Roman steps and reclining comfortable sun-loungers complimenting the many spacious sun-terraces amidst the floodlit gardens providing romantic lighting for al-fresco meals on the vine-covered dining terrace with brick-built BBQ.

Children are welcome, one cot an a high chair are available at no extra cost. Second cot/highchair on request.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 500 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.
