Finca Carmelo is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in an area with mainly villas and holiday homes. The vivid harbour of Pollensa is at about 5 Kilometres distance and offers a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at about 4 kilometres distance and charms the visitors with small cobblestone alleys, lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays Pollensa stages one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Carmelo is an elegant holiday home with exclusive interiors. The house has two floors. The ground floor is distributed into a sunny living room, a dining room, a kitchen with breakfast table and laundry roo/pantry, one twin bedroom with a en-suite shower bathroom and a guest toilet. Living room and kitchen have access to the terraces and the pool area.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms: the master bedroom with full bathroom en-suite and another twin bedroom with shower bathroom en-suite. Both have access to a large sun terrace.

The house is fitted with an air conditioning system running on a timer (14:00-16:00 h and 20:00-08:00 h)

Finca Carmelo is set on a nice plot of land with lawns and views of the countryside. The house has a large pool with about 6 x 12 metres. Next to the pool is the pool house with a small summer kitchen, BBQ and dining table. The house has a large, covered terrace which is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and a breakfast terrace fitted with table and chairs.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
