Finca in a unique location high up in the old town of Pollensa and in walking distance to all amenities. Finca Cayetana offers enchanting panorama views of the old town and offers various terraces, a fantastic pool and elegant, high standard interiors.

Finca Cayetana is in the upper part of Pollensa just steps away from the exclusive Calvaria quarter. It has the most fantastic views over the old town. The town centre, restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities etc. are all in walking distance. The narrow cobbled alleys of Pollensa are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Cayetana is an elegant and upmarket holiday home, which is unique thanks to its outstanding location. The villa is spread over different levels. Steps are leading down from the entrance gate to a patio/courtyard with a charming seating area and a natural garden. The front door leads into a small hall and from there to the dining room, which is elegant and comfortable alike with an open fireplace and large French windows towards the terrace. An archway is connecting the dining room with the sunny lounge, which has large windows on three sides, offering lovely views of the surrounding mountains and the Pollensa skyline. The fully fitted kitchen has a door out to a vine covered terrace. Just off the hall, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both of these rooms are sharing a walk in wardrobe and a full bathroom.

A few stone steps are leading down to a twin bedroom with shower room en-suite and a second cosy lounge. Both have access to the covered terrace.

The lounge and two bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning on a timer. The third bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Finca Cayetana has an exceptionally beautiful outdoor area with a lot of romantic corners to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is a shady courtyard in front of the house and various open and covered terraces as well as a pool terrace with sun loungers. All terraces are offering the most splendid views of Pollensa and the surrounding mountains.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
