In a tranquil yet fantastically convenient location just a short walk from the beach and the historical centre of Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home Fragata enchants guests with its beautiful, modern design and lovely pool area. Stretching over 2 floors, the holiday home is perfect for families and consists of a living/dining room, an adjoining, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one located in a semi-basement) as well as 3 bathrooms (all with showers). The villa can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and 2 televisions (one in the living room and one in the basement). The highlight of the home is the extensive, outdoor area, which includes a large terrace, equipped with a dining area and a barbecue, as well as an elegant, refreshing pool (whose renovation will be completed in May 2019). On the rooftop terrace of the home, you are invited to tan beneath the Spanish sun and admire the panoramic view. Due to its exceptional yet peaceful location, you can reach shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the historical centre of Conil de la Frontera in about 12 minutes walking. Meanwhile, the gorgeous, sandy beach Playa de La Fontanilla En Conil is only a 5-minute walk away. Here you can spend a whole day of family fun on the sand and play in the glittering water.
1 parking space is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parties and events are not allowed. Please note that groups of young people are not allowed. Please respect the property as well as the resting hours of the neighbors.
Due to the new local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noise during the hours between 11 pm to 7 am are not allowed.
