気になった点 : 清潔度、チェック イン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This apartment has moldy smell that triggered asthma attacks and coughing/sneezing. The place is dirty, hair on the bed, dirty towels in the kitchen, entire floor has water damage and the kitchen cabinets have owner’s personal items. When we booked the place few month ahead of our arrival, the apartment was advertised as two bedrooms. However, when we arrived, one of the bedroom is locked. I suspected the owner live in that room so I am not sure if I would share the apartment with someone else. We had to get out within an hour due to the heath hazard and booked a hotel nearby. I do not know if VRBO will refund us or not. The owner denied the poor conditions of the apartment when I complained to VRBO. I would stay away from this place at all cost.
